Vasco da Gama Tower, with its rotating restaurant on top, was built for EXPO 98. The concrete building (Myriad by Sana Hotels) was added years later. The view is fantastic.
Oh, yes!!! A terrific capture indeed!! An incredible structure and an awesome setting, Jose!! And I'll join Lowell and you at the restaurant and drink in the views!! Thanks, as always, for sharing!! Have a great new week!!
Enquanto descia de bondinho, ao lado do rio Tejo, vi este monumento magnífico! Foi uma boa ideia recuperar esta área com a Expo 98, segundo me disseram as pessoas do local!

Interesting looking building, I can just imagine those views. Diane
Handsome building much more impressive with the perspective with which it was shown.
I'm hungry JM. Shall we go?
Very well done, Jose. Certainly some remarkable buildings--new and old--in Lisboa.
I will have to remember this place. Love how it looks against that sky.
