Well, that is quite a "shop"!!! And what a great view he has, too!!! Roasted chestnuts do sound tasty!! I hope you have a wonderful weekend, Jose!! Enjoy!!
I can hear Mel Torme singing now---- Chestnuts roasting on a open fire.... Don't want to say "Open Fire" too loud in a lot places these days. I like the image very much.
I wonder if he picked the location because he thought he would have a lot of foot traffic, or whether he just enjoys looking at the marvelous building across the street.

nice location!!
I'd say he's set up in the right place - Commerce Square. Hopefully he'll get some nut lovers soon! Great slice-of-life shot, Jose!
Looks too warm for heisse Maronni!
Beautiful and well composed picture, José, but it seems people prefer something else...
Much easier to let someone else do the hard work:-) Have a good day Diane
It is that time of year. I've never eaten a roasted chestnut. I need to give that a try.
We used to have them cooked for Christmas supper. I tried the roasted ones in Ave Liberdade, but they were too dry.
Well this roasted chestnut seller has himself a prime spot here Jose, it's all about location :)
