@Joo: I don't know which eastern european country he is from, but I guess he might me a gipsy. Opposite to men, women are easily identified for their long skirts and scarf covered heads.
Perfect shot! I wonder what his instrument is - it doesn't look like any accordion I've seen (not that I've studied them). Perhaps it's missing a cover where the strings are. The dog looks bored. The tiny cup says "low expectations" to me.
He looks like he could be North African. It is a variation on a theme seen throughout much of the world. Quite a beautiful instrument. What is it the dog seems to be holding in its mouth?
Excellent shot JM, not sure if that little dog is keen on the music, he has big ears and a pained expression like he's thinking 'tone it down a bit man!' haha!
