Thank you for your several recent comments! Sorry I am just getting by your blog - there are so many now. I think I drove through your town once when my wife, daughter and I were in Lisbon, rented a car and drove to the mouth of the Tagus and then north up the coast. The tilework in your post today is spectacular and so representative of Portugal. I wish I could say I remember it but it's been many years.

such a lovely, peaceful looking place. I've enjoyed all your photos & look forward to getting to know Oeiras. The sea photos are truly superb.

Superb detail in this old fountain.

Great work on your blog today and a very appropriate picture.

I've just racked up two years at South Shields Daily Photo and I hope to be passing here in two years time to compliment you again! Keep up the good work!
Thanks to everyone who has passed by and left a comment or some encouragement, it makes it all worthwhile.

Such beautiful colours - so typical of your country. I couldn't resist in the portal.

Peaceful.

Now that's beautiful. Isn't your city plagued by vandalism (like most seem to be these days)? This kind of artwork in a public garden wouldn't survive long in Stockholm.
