I love the location of the house! Or is it a small hotel? The view must be wonderful!

what a fantastic beach. Both secluded, and pastoral and the city nearyby. Is it a private beach?

Hilda, there is a restaurant on the top floor, a bar and a disco on the other two.

No, Ken, it's a public beach.

Thank you for your comments.

It looks fantastic... particularly after the freezing cold, stormy weather we've been having in Cape Town for the past few days. :)

Hi JM,
It's been a few days since I visited your blog, and it seems I missed quite a few interesting posts.

This beach house is wonderful. Would love to live there (or have a holiday). The view from the balcony must be breathtaking!

In Sweden beaches are generally public so I was a bit surprised when I first traveled to the Mediterranean to find the best beaches private, sort of "stay away from here". What about Portugal?

Per, beaches are public in Portugal, only some parts of a very few are private, belonging to some hotels or restaurants.

Thank you all for stopping by.
