Love the bananas shot - it's much more exotic coming from Europe. I had the BEST banana flower salad in Hanoi this summer. It had mint and peppers and dried beef. Have one on your next Vietnamese excursion.
Such a tropical looking photo! My grandparents used to have a banana tree but we couldn't eat the bananas for some reason. It was a very long time ago,lol
Now that is something I think we'll never see in Malta. I do have a plant which was my mother in law's, and she used to call it a banana plant. It's looking a bit wilted right now but I'll take a photo later on when it's looking more perky to show you what it's like.

What???
What a wonderful surprise, JM. I would never have thought that banana could grow in your part of the world.
Do share more stories about it, please.

Great closeup. Don't think I have ever seen bananas growing like this up close.

WOW! That's outdoors, we have them here at the conservatory--INDOORS! And I thinks that's neat! To have them outdoors, what a treat.

oooh, I love the color here! This is something we can't see in sub-tropical areas, too.
Nice photo~
I agree it is cool.
Yummy:)
In spite of my being on a trip in the south of Sweden, the local grocery is still the only place I'm going to find these...
Good catch!
A bananeira dá-se cá muito bem :)
Did you know that there is a banana diet craze at the moment in Japan? They've run out of bananas because of this. Nice shot!
Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comments. Have a great week ahead!
