'Labs and Research' tile panel. Inside the 'medallion' you can see two scenes of lab evolution Tile panels along the front wallTribute to all workers of the different sectors (1961)
One of the buildings at the entrance.
I wonder what will happen to all of this when demolition will take place (see previous post)...

This factory is a work of art...such a shame.
It would be a shame to destroy such beauty. It would be nice if somehow these could be preserved.
I wonder too. I just hope they get preserved!
The tile panels are fabulous! My father would have loved the first one — he was a chemist and scientist and the image of the historical and modern laboratories would have tickled him.
Wow, I sure hope they save that fantastic art. Hope is right it would be a shame!
Tás a gozar!!! Vão deitar a baixo a Fundição???
LOVELY PHOTOS!!!
Stunning! That first one is amazing and the others are great too.
Seeing these makes the idea of demolition even more disturbing.
Stunning colours and lots of detail in that first shot, when enlarged!
When I see these photos I realize how young our country really is and how much rich wonderful history and art cities like yours have. Please don't let these be destroyed! What a shame.
This is amazing....
I am going to come over to chain myself to that tile wall - it is exquisite - I can't believe that would be pulled down. I'm coming now!!!!
I just love that colour blue in the tiles. Thanks for visiting me at Sydney Daily Photo while I was away. I’m back from Queensland now and transmission should resume as normal.
I love the tiles. This is the reason that I want to visit Portugal one day.

It is awork of art. I do hope it's preserved. This kind of subject needs to be there for all.
