Environmental Interpretation Center at Ponta do Sal, São Pedro do Estoril, on a beautiful winter day (not today! There was a big storm last night causing chaos in many places...).
The glimpses through the glass doors to the outside are intriguing but the first shot does it for me..wow! Hoping your weather improves. There seem to be a lot of storms this Winter.
beautiful set of photographs. Fabulous shapes, colours. Great! I heard about your dreadful weather. Raining here - cold and more rain forecast. Hurry up spring!
I love the first photo. Very artsy. It almost looks like a modern painting. And in answer to your question, no i have not yet been to Morocco so this will be my first trip and I am very excited. In doing research for my website, I just learned that Marrakech is a sister city of Scottsdale. Can you believe that coincidence? So i will post a few photos while on the trip and let people know about the sister city programs in the United States. Your trip to Vietnam sounds great also. Vietnam and Cambodia have been on my list for sometime, along with Bhutan. Soon I hope to have those adventures.
Environmental Interpretation sounds very interesting, but I wonder what it means. Nice architecture with sharp angles, extremely suitable for photography. I especially like the top and middle one.
Marc, One of the main goals in Environmental Interpretation is to provide people with a better understanding of the natural processes that create and shape Earth's environments.
Your top photo is a beauty - perfectly composed to make the best of the geometric structure of the passage. Very graphic. One of the best on today's theme.

Angela, on the 3rd photo people are enjoying the sun on the other side of the building, at a coffe bar facing the sea.

How I would love to go through that porch on the first shot...
Hope the weather clears out for you without too much damages left..
Looks like a perfect path to walk.
I love the top passage way with the sea in the background. I hope you didn't sustain any damage in the storm last night.
The blue of that sea is breathtaking! Hope your weather calms down!
I love first most.
Beautiful blue sky and sea over the gate.
From bricks and concrete to the beautiful water. I hope you didnt get any damage from storms.
Interesting place! And as usual, your beautiful blue sky.

Funny looked warm to me until you described it as winter. Very pretty.

I love all the rectangles!
as always, JM, beautiful composition!
I gasped when I saw that first photo... wonderful!
The first one stands out for me. Peeking at the sea through hole in the wall is just great.
The first path definitely leads on to something truly breathtaking!

Wow,
I love the statement of the sea seen through the stone door!!!
Wonderful pic.
Beautiful photo - the water is incredibly blue! I like the series of photos showing us the path to/from the building.
I like the geometric element of this photo. Very calculating and mathematical.
I like the geometrics of the first photo . . . nicely done for theme day.
That first pic is perfect for the theme. I vote it #1. MB
