Tile panel

It's not very common to see a curved tile pannel like this one (private house at Oeiras).

Wonderful tiles! I like the contrast of the flowers against the rustic wall behind.

Since I've been in México I've developed a new appeciation for tiles because of their diversity. So much beautiful art can be achieved with them. I wonder how the curve on this one was achieved.

Maybe not so common, but if you would find it anywhere it would be in Portugal! :-)

(Nothing in Portuguese from Léia today :-(! )

I can understand why that is not common...my goodness, it must hard to do and very expensive!

But it certainly looks great.

Good photo of it, too, JM.
