Little, but also very beautiful! Great captured place!

It does invite us to explore the area. Love it. Can we see the entire view of the city? Sorry for being away. How are you JM?

Very nice shot JM! Thanks for mentioning the regatta. I enlarged the picture so I could see the sailboats!

I enlarged the photo too, it's gorgeous. A lunar foreground and the oh so blue see and white sails. Fantastic!

Reminds me of the surface of the Moon (not that I've been there).

Love it...a rocky road for sure. I enlarged the shot and can see the boats - look a long way off.

Super picture - tack sharp!

Bom dia JM!
Eu não sabia do deserto em Cascais!
É diferente eu "suponho", do sertão nordestino no Brasil ( eu digo porque também nunca visitei o Norte ou Nordeste do Brasil)!!!
Linda foto!
God bless you

It is a rocky desolate looking place but with the blue water in the background---not so bad. I enlarged the picture and saw all the tiny sails of the regatta. Very neat. MB

It looks like volcanic rock. The sailboats in the background with the stark rock in front makes for a stunning shot.

Such detail!! Everyone should definitely click on it for the enlarged version.

Nice karstic scenery...I like the scrubby bush in the foreground. I bet in the evening sunsets are spectacular on those convoluted rocks!

Such a weather blasted landscape, JM. It has a magnificent beauty all its own.

Unexpectedly nice picture when enlarged. The sailing boats are a subtle accent.
