I maxed the photo because I wanted a closer look at the awning above the window. Looks like its similar to roof tiles...correct? I am impressed that the same material (if I'm right) is coordinated with the roofing material. Can't figure out the purpose of the windmill, tho. So...what do I know :) !!
this is a great shot and I love the tile awning and the windmill. it looks great. very creative art to use the windmill this way. Thanks for your tips about Morocco. I will heed your advice. Also, I am glad you liked the Crazy 88 butterfly. It is one of the better photos I have ever taken of a butterfly in the wild, and it is a very real butterfly!
I wonder if the family that put this little windmill on their balcony for no apparent purpose but decoration could have known that they have caused people around he world to wonder about their creation due to JM's post.

cute this little mill, and it serves as a ventilator?
love it!
It's really hard to figure out the scale of things in this photo.
Il fait trop chaud pour que les ailes tournent

What a sweet photo. Is this on someone's balcony?
Very interesting. I also like the wooden awning.

Looks nice:)
Yes, Brattcat, the windmill is on a balcony.
Kate, you are right, it is the same material used on the awning and roof. The purpose of the windmill miniature is merely decorative.
Great shot. Like the composition and the little wooden awning is lovely.

Terrific shot, JM. The miniature windmill is just for decoration, I assume. Very attractive!

Cute! Any dwarves around? (Oops, sorry!)'Amor perfeito' is a beautiful name, we call them "pensées" ie thoughts!
Lovely composition!
The windmill itself is a satisfying structure with the sails only partial. An interesting combination, JM.
where is Don Quichotte ?
Your windmills are beautiful. Great composition.
How interesting to have your own private windmill!
What an interesting mix of shapes and colors.
Is this like your having a miniature solar cell? It's a beautiful model any way you look at it.
Lovely lovely :)
I also like the little shady roof in tiles...
Beautiful composition, the shadows,
the angles and the light, really great!
That's really artistic and creative!
Silhouette of a Temple of Dwarka
Very intriguing. The shape of your windmill is quite different from others I've seen. I like it!
