But it's so beautiful, JM. It looks neglected, but not abandoned. I can't imagine walking away from such a place.

Hard to believe it is abandoned because it is so beautiful and ornate!

There's nobody interested to renovate it now?

Your abandoned houses are a lot fancier than mine!

We are seeing more and more of this sort of thing.

That is a shame. It's too beautiful to be abandoned.

It's so beautiful - maybe I could just take it if it's really abandoned;)

Gosh what a neat looking house this is. I would guess something is living in it. Maybe birds? I wonder why it is not being lived in.

You've got to sweet talk yourself in there JM and get some good photos. Go on , you can do it!

A shame no one is using the house. I'd love to live there. Maybe the room with the round window...?

A beautiful structure to be left to the elements.

It looks neglected but not bad at all. If you ever come to Cyprus you'll be really sad to see how neglected some old buildings here really are.

What a beauty of a house, with fine details. Shame its empty.

What a shame. It doesn't need much to be restored to its former glory. It's lovely and your angle really makes its features stand out.

I'd move in if no one else wants it! I love the shadows of the trees on the walls.

How sad! It appears to be an expensive and exquisite residence!

Another great photo composition, JM!

That HUGE HOME is abandoned? How could anyone afford to abandon such an expensive home? I'll gladly take it & love it, too! Lord Have Mercy!

Such a shame that a glorious house like this is abandoned.

Such a disgrace. Do you know anything about its history?

(Well, I know simmilar example -- maybe not so beautiful, but quite intresting, and more than hunderd years old. And abandoned...)

I can't believe this building is abandoned. It's a crime!?! Hmmmmm... perhaps I'll just come and squat there and become a caretaker of sorts (lol). But it is a beautiful building even in its half-ruined state... imagine how amazing it would look in its full glory. A fab pix!

How can such a beautiful place be abandoned? I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to own a place like this.

But very beautiful!

Wonderful photograph - love the angles and the repeating lines and the shadows. I hope someone buys it - it's too beautiful to be vacant and uncared for.

Lovely shot. Sad to see such a beautiful house in a poor state. Fun to look through your blog photos again. Greetings from a new City Daily Photo blogger in EAGAN, Minnesota, USA
