The rocks make for a very dramatic frame. It was good to follow the link to your previous post -- that is one of my absolute favourite pics in your blog ... which is a hard thing to say because there are an awful lot of good ones.

I am happy to see these beautiful images and sad to see that half-burned tree....

√ Howdy ! from the cornfields of Brookville, Ohio

Thunderstorms rolled over my house this morning at 4:00 AM and thunder and lightening woke me up. By the time I was up and drinking my first coffee, the rain was hitting my skylight pretty hard. It sounded like some kind of war going on. The noise is great.

Your popularity is telling. I liked your confession about the awards. Nice photo too.

Boy, that lighthouse is way out there. That would be a place to visit. Great rocks. The one on the right reminds me of a mother hen.

Congrats on your awards! I love this shot...those rocks look like lava from a volcano! Have you ever been out to the lighthouse?

Wonderful rocks! I think that I have said before that I'm a big geology fan. These rocks look well-weathered by the ocean!

Are the rocks really black? Maybe lava?

It looks like a rugged shoreline, or perhaps only where you took this photo.
