Love the shadows and the sun showing off the bright green of the palms! So tropical!

I like your very colorful photo today, but I think it would also look very good in black and white. The shapes of the palm fronds and the background grid from the bridge girders would be emphasized.

By the way, I saw your comment on Julie's Scottsdale Daily Photo site about our travel photo site. We have just started to create the site, and it is still empty, as you noticed. We hope to have some photos and content loaded into it soon, although it is tough to find the time.

You've done it again! Excellent capture of dark and light...color and lines and angles and, well, everything!

Nice photo to look at!

Interesting juxtaposition of structures -- natural and man made.

doesnt look like the bridge crossing here. Ours are so bland with no color near them.

It must be nice to ride a train over the trees.

This is the second photo I've looked at in the last few minutes in which nature and man-made objects come together in fascinating ways to make thought-provoking images. Well done!

Not all bridges have such nice palmtrees under them, but it's often interesting to look on the bridge structures, also from below!

I'm with a couple of the others. The softness of the palms vs the hard steel is perfect.
