This Belem Cultural Center must be quite a place! Fascinating photos! Not sure I would want any of these items in my house, but they're fun and colorful to look at!

In regards to your fishing question: yes there are all kinds of rules and regulations. A certain limit, a certain size and certain days. That is why you see so many fishermen out at once. It is a limited fishery anymore. MB
