Cork is beautiful in any shape.I remember seeing cork trees for the first time; it was several decades ago, in your country.
They look so organic. Like onion bulbs.
When I think of Portugal cork is one of the things that comes to mind. This is a very nice shot. I also spent some time looking at all of your photos for this month and last. I enjoyed them very much!

I'm sure I've never seen a cork sculpture before...it's very intriguing. I like the design a lot in that it's very airy and free-floating...Do you know if it represents anything in particular or if it is simply supposed to sit there and be beautiful?
