Beautiful photo. I like the Manueline design of the twisting column. After visiting Portugal, we picked a similar twisted rope design for my wedding ring.

Now, that's what a city hall should look like. Another superb photo. I enlarged it and it is sharp as a tack, and the colors are wonderful! Great job!

What an amazing pole in the middle - like barley sugar (the old-fashioned stuff that was "twisted"). The geometric design around it is certainly eye-catching. You do live in a truly beautiful city.
