We have a children's television show called "Sesame Street" here in the US and this guy looks like a relative of Big Bird on that show. If he had some floppy feathers on the top if his head, he'd look just like him.

This is wonderful. The artwork interesting, the fire hydrant a neat contrast and classic tiles as well ... well spotted and beautifully taken ... a new favourite for me.
