I like them both! For very different reasons, obviously. If it weren't for the sign though, I would never have thought the first one was a comfort room (for men or ladies). The details around the doorway are gorgeous!
What a terrific post! The first is rather incredible...more like a side entrance to a church or castle. I find the second a delightful and comic rendering of all different kinds of men! Funky and fun!

A very elegant men's loo doorway. The potted palm is a nice touch. Adds elegance.
Cheers.

My how times have changed---not the men of course!!!!
I like the fish walls in the previous post.
Ha! Great contrast you found!
Each one is nice and appropriate to its place.
Now that's a beautiful entrance, even if it's to a bathroom - WoW! Very grand!
New is interesting but I prefer the old one. What about women's?

This is another good post for the theme 'change'.
j'aime bien le dessin de la porte pour les toilettes des hommes ;o)
What a unique idea! I love the contrast between two very different-and-yet-the-same things!
These are absolutely wonderful, JM.
Fancy doorway! Looks like it's been there a long time based on how worn down the marble steps are!
Funny GUY photo design!
They are both unique, creative and pretty! I hope the same goes for places for women..... (?)
The entrance is very beautiful: I like
decorate top and light and the contrast between the two photos!
Thanks!

If the toilette for women looks similar, I'm surprised any woman ever gets out of it :-D. Fantastic!
What great approach to show us the contrast ... either one in their own right was an interesting shot ... made all the more interesting by comparison.
What a creative combination of old and new, and about what theme! Great post and very good images!
This is very interesting :-)
Now that's the place to go when you have to go.
Both are distinctly beautiful, but I must confess, I really like the one from the cultural center.
VERY nice! Happy New year JM!
Very special
next time for woman ;-)
Wow. The first one looks very elegant but I like the second one more, it's very inventive.
Now that's an elegant men's room on top. The bottom one is very funny, but I'd be confused.
I also prefer the old toilet.I suppose there are na ladies powder room in a men's monastery.
difficult to believe. Art is everyhwhere
The male icons making up one giant figure is quite clever!
