Does the fountain still work?
Even looking just at the wall gives the feeling of weathered age and history.
It's an interesting looking fountain. I like the face at the top, but the one at the bottom looks a little menacing!

I like this type of fountain, they look so fitting in your environment. Here, they look so faux.

It would be hard to drink or get water from it with everything glaring down at you while you do so.
A beautiful fountain on a not so nice wall, this is something familiar.
Looks lovely; and the old wall just gives it more character :)

I haven't got any information about this fountain, but the wall is the remnant of a castle built in the 14th century at the Cascais Bay.
