When I was a child, my father owned and electronics business and he used to work on all of these when they would break. This certainly brought back some memories.
Ah, the good ol' days. The first TV I remember was when we lived in Los Angeles (late 40s) ... it belonged to a friend. We'd go over and watch western movies on an 8 inch black and white screen.
But in later years Lois and I owned several that look very similar to the ones you show in the photo.

But do they work?
Great installation, JM. You find the most interesting things to share with us.
belle collection de vieilles télévisions ;o)
Even watching 12 TVs, there still may not be anything good to watch.
Nice collection of dinosaurs!
My first reaction is, too much TV.
Very creative!

They're so old! What a cool display!
Cool! I actually remember having some of those models.
Nice and cool!
Looks like there are some potential buyers for these!
How cute. I still have this boxy tv set :)
Interesting. I think my family had several of them.
I love this shot! It's so cool beacause each tv is "tuned in" to a different reflection. Very cool shot!
A very good catch. This is kind of art that my mom would do even better than the artist...
Cool photo!

I don't like sneakers, but they certainly have great decor in this store.
Great photo.
Very artistic. I like the one person that said "do they work?". MB
