This photo could have been taken at an old village lost in the countryside.
Actually I found this house at about 500 metres from my place in a neighbourhood I seldom go for a walk.
Temperatures have dropped to 17ºC and it was raining all night long... Crazy weather!

belle maison, j'aime bien le portrait de jesus (enfin je crois) en haut de la petite tour
Love this composition, JM. Perhaps more walks in this neighborhood with your camera...
I like the religious image embedded in the wall.
I noticed the image in the wall too. I would love to see it up close!
This house looks like it has seen a lot of rainy weather! It is "weathered" beautifully.
Charming and not so much different from older houses around here, the few that are still there...
I like the house against that stormy sky. For someone who claims not to have any technique when it comes to photography, you sure have some beautiful images and quite a large following :)
really nice pic ; the light is perfect with this old house !
Beautifully weathered, that's well put.
What's that structure to the left of the leftmost door?
@Per: I believe that 'box' is where the counters (water, electricity or gas) are kept.
The old white (grey) house, she ain't what she used to be, ain't what she used to be...
Spooky sky. Fabulous photo!
It's a charming old house! The weather is crazy this year - now here we have about 30C, can you imagine - after all those week of rain! Mosquitos are in their element!
Olá JM, muito obrigada pelas felicitações que escreveu no meu blog!
Esta casinha... dá vontade de dar um jeito nela, tem tudo pra ficar uma gracinha.
Like others, the religious image immediately caught my eye.
By the looks of the many TV antennas I suppose some one is still living there. MB
Eu gostei do detalhe da imagem da Santa na parede.
Aqui o tempo nao anda muito bom também, isso tem atrapalhado minhas caminhadas diárias. :)
Abraços

Very atmospheric!
We know various White House exist in the world.
I wonder the blue ornament suggests something,
I like the house and the sky.
Isn't it funny what we can find so close to our own doorsteps that we didn't know was there.
