It's just A Golden Bay,
heaven on earth in summer.

JM, The "stripes" of light reflected from the far-off street are lovely. It is interesting that at least one of the beachgoers appears to be "moon"bathing?

Green light reflected on the water? Did you read Great Gatsby?

Have a nice weekend -- Love your photo today!

This shot is full of mystery and wonder. Excellent work, JM. Too hot to sleep?

The evening looks to be pretty hot, as well.

nossa, que calor hein!?! eu particularmente não gosto de noites tão quentes assim, não consigo dormir... deveria estar bom mesmo para tomar um banho de mar.

What a lovely picture JM! I like those reflections. It's very hot here too even at night. I am looking forward to autumn already.

This one has a "film noir" look to it. Stay cool.

Great night photo. With the temperature that high, why aren't the people in the water?

Well done... This is a really nice night view, and those lights reflecting on the water bay are really beautiful... Inspiring !

What a beautiful shot but that's too hot for me. A few times this month it's been 39C during the day and 33 at midnight in Newtown. I hope we all get cooler weather. :)

Beautiful reflections JM!
Here again is raining...strange summer.

This is such a beautiful night scene on the water. At least hot nights get people outdoors to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.

Very beautiful night shot , a hot night at the beach ready for a swim !

We are now in the middle of thunderstorms so the hot days are gone... for now! Take care, that's a lot at midnight, and a wonderful image anyway!

Good Lord, I'd be in the water! Fantastic shot, JM, have a great weekend!

I think you caught very well the oppressive heat in this photo! It's steamy here, too. Welcome to global warming. I don't think it's going to get better anytime soon.

Nice image! That's a very well lit beach!

I understand if you don't want to disclose personal details, but I've noticed that you seem to be particularly knowledgable about plants. Are you a botanist or something related to that field?

Star bathing. What else can you do when it so hot at night? The light adds to the sense of heat. Hope the weather breaks for you soon.

I'd be lying down on the sand with my feet in the water.

Lovely evening shot!

Magnifique pour la baignade au clair de lune !

Yes, I like, I like! Here it's our rainy season and the nights are a few degrees less than there... I can now sleep without air-conditioning, but still not without a fan.

Beautiful night shot. Such a nice golden color.

So romantic, JM!

I wish I was on that beach with someone right now!

Oh my word!! That is just too sweltering--I think I may melt. I bet the water is even hot. MB

Sounds perfect to me!! Great shot too, well done :-)

My sister-in-law was in Portugal last week (she returned to Greece earlier tonight). I've not spoken to her yet, but it sounds as if she will have had a scorcher!!!

J'adore les photos de nuit avec l'eau pour miroir. J'étais à Lisboa l'été dernier.

The mellow colours really add another layer of enhancement to this beautiful night scenery.
