@B SQUARED: You are right. I can't find any information about the year of the construction, but I believe the building must be about 50 years old or so. Well, I don't remember anything being there before! :-)
Not bad for a relatively modern church. If its age is confirmed around fifty it is obvious that is well kept and has been recently restored. I like it very much, the painted bas-reliefs in the niches are a bit funny but surely beautiful.
Quite pretty for a newer church, since they really don't build them like they used to (like several hundred years ago building)! I like the painted reliefs.
It is interesting how this modern church relies on the old design themes - not a bad thing in «Louis'» view, especially considering that one of his pet architectural peeves are modern churches such as Le Corbusier's Chapel at Ronchamp - absolutely horrible.

Very elegant.
The "five o'clock shadow" is a nice bonus in the photo.
This church appears to be rather new.

I put a link to your blog on my blog. I hope that's ok.
I love the look of this church. It's lovely in every direction.
So beautiful. I love the contrast of the white church and the blue sky.

Beautiful building, beautiful shot. The style reminds me of Union Station in Los Angeles.
OK, I've found it! The church was built in 1953. I said 50, well, it's 57 yo. :-)
@Wayne: It does indeed! I've just googled and realized the station was built in 1939 (late Art Deco).
I like the looks of this. You know, for a church. But I'd hate to try to go to Mass in a wheelchair - look at all those steps!
Beautiful photo with the light hitting the church against that very blue sky!
I really like the lines in this photo and the color just pops! I would like to see the red/green building in the background again. ;-)
beautiful clean looking facade.
This really is a beautiful church. I like the pictures in the archways--like frescos.
Just nice lines. MB

Appears 5:30 is not a popular time here.
