I love the colors. The water looks so expansive. Like it will stretch out far beyond the boundaries of this photo.

Such a tiny soul in such a vast body of water. Wonderful perspective.

I hope your city has you on the payroll because you are making the world fall in love with your great city/country. Now, I've got to see Portugal. That "twins" exhibit is fun; this water shot is tranquil. You've got it all!

I don't know the Portuguese word for 'Sundog' either but here is where it comes from: scientific name parhelion, plural parhelia, from Greek parēlion

One of your best, Jose! Brilliant color and so very well composed. Little boys can be brave or just plain dumb but this water doesn't look too threatening... :-)

I want to go swimming in an ocean!

Perfect composition, JM! And your title emphasizes it.

Brilliant composition! It provokes a protective instinct within me, as if I need to swoop him out of that huge body of water! Although I know he's probably have lots of fun!

It's a big ocean and only a small little boy. He feels fearless, but I don't for him. Very emotive photo.

Dina said...

He does look very alone in a big sea.
The sparkling quality is beautiful.

Very nice! I like the way the water's color goes from a lighter to a darker shade amd the reflected sunlight is beautiful.
