Eu adoro fotos noturnas e a sua está maravilhosa, o edificio é antigo e elegante! Também amei os azulejos,na segunda foto! ótimo trabalho com sua camera, parabéns! abraços Léia
Thanks for both of these. I really like the first shot...it's so warm and serene...looks like rain may have fallen shortly before you took out your camera...
And the second is like light to the day - it all becomes real and close up in stark relief. Still a nice building, though.
That's a beautiful building. I like your night shot, it's restful looking.
PS - Yes the train was moving in my photo, it kept blowing my hair all around and I could barely see through the viewfinder (I know, girl problems!) :)

j'aime bien la premiere photo de nuit
It's beautiful in day or night.
The song 'Night and Day' is now playing in my head. I particularly like the mood you've captured in the night shot. So warm and inviting.
What a stunning place, night or day! Even that blue and white ground mosaic (?) is wonderful.

@Francisca: It's the typical portuguese cobblestone (limestone and basalt).
Such a beautiful building. I love the night shot. It has wonderful appeal. It makes me want to take an evening walk around the building.

JM, I'm sure tapirgal would love an image of just the cobblestones for her On the Pavement blog... have one? :-)
I like the night view. It adds some mystery to what must be a pretty boring office.
That golden glow in the first picture draws me in. The tiles are awesome.
What a charming town hall! It looks welcoming even at night. Lovely!
JM -- I can see that I could take lessons from you on night photos. They are fabulous!
To see the same scene in daylight is quite revealing with the waves of blue and white mosaic on the ground and the detailed tiles on the town hall.
Nice contrast JM and I think I see your reflection in that second shot.
loved the 1st pic!
the 2nd is bright and beautiful!
Beautiful and lovely shots !!Fantastic !!
Two quite different views, I like both even if the first is more creative and mysterious.

Beautiful night shot but the day photo is just striking.
Beautiful town hall. Great details in the mosaic and on the walls.
the lighting adds such ambience
Very nice. I like the first shot--it looks very medieval to me. I couldn't tell you why though. MB
The first photo is outstanding!
What a romantic looking place at night. Nice lighting in the photo.
Nice and summery.
