JM, we have an ice cream bar in the US called a "Dreamsicle" and that is what I would call this luscious color blend. I like the clean lines of the bars framing the tower beyond.

This is truly inspired. I agree with all the other commenters. The tones, color, composition, the warm subtle glowing light. This is one of those captures that photographers dream of. If I saw this in a museum or gallery I'd understand why it was there.
