cela ressemble plus a une vieille usine qu'a un ancien couvent
Old buildings that have lost their roof seem particularly sad.
The building is a beautiful ruin and look how the garden still pays tribute to it.
So sad, it is a beautiful building. Diane
How awful--and look at the modern building right next to it. It is lovely in it's own way. MB
You can't save everything I guess. It looks sort of cool in this state of disrepair anyway.
Such a contrast between this building and the one next door.
I like such wide angle views of old buildings.
Sad indeed to lose the history and a lovely old building as well! Terrific capture as always, JM! Enjoy your evening!Sylvia
Sad to lose a building like this one. You made a wonderful picture.
I hope that they will find the financial backing to fund the restoration. Such a waste to leave it in decay.
I always feel sorry to see such a nice building neglected.
I guess it was a very cool building in her prime! Too bad it's fallen into such extreme disrepair!
Sometimes there is much life in death.
Perhaps restoration will be resumed at a later date....so sad to see such a handsome building fall to pieces through neglect. You once again have been able to take a broken down subject and make it into a brilliant photo!
JM, your photo is captivating but how sad that this building is in ruins. I trust you will let us know if that should change.Genie
There is such beauty in decay. Marvelous photo.
You have some really photogenic decay in your area and you have a good eye for it!
I guess MONEY is the problem, but it could have been turned in to a culture center with cinema, theatre, library or art. Looks promising.
decays mades lovely shots but i would like to see the farm renovated , beautiful structure .
May be they ran out of money, a charity drive to raise money to save this old building.
I just love all the textural elements found in old structures. Beautiful building.
