Did they get any fish? I saw some men yesterday in the cold, but no fish.

The stonework on the pier looks massive and heavy. Fishing in any kind of weather (except ice fishing!) is calming and relaxing.

Great shot with stone bridge. Beautiful colors by the first shot.

We both know someone who would like that second shot... ;-) I like them both, of course.

I love the stone work on this pier. I could happily spend a few hours with a rod and line at the end of here. I am a useless fisherman but I enjoy trying, I have been known to catch the odd one:-) Diane

Well I left a comment and now it just dissappeared. If you find it delete this one.
Interesting stones as if they were just chipped out of the existing rocks. MB

Easy to see why this would be anyone's favorite spot. Beautiful!

I've commented once, JM...Blogger is eating my comments!

Anyway, I think these are gorgeous photos with great colors! Problem with fishing off such a place is that I always get my hook caught in the rocks.

Thanks very much for becoming a follower of Colorado in Color - much appreciated. Hope you enjoy the blog.

Quite beautiful photos!

Both lovely but that second one is great with the lead-in and the texture of the stone. Very solid looking structure. High seas won't wash that away.

It would be wonderful to walk along the beautiful rock bridge and feel the breeze off of the water. Just dreaming.

Fun to walk out there! I wonder what kind of fish are caught from there?
