I can feel the embrace of the evening air just looking at this. Here in southern Vermont it is pitch dark by 8:30.

Maravilhosa silhoueta das palmeiras, um jogo de sombra e luzes muito bonito!
Eu gostaria de ter mais dias de sol, eu sinto muita falta do sol e dias e dias nublados e com chuvas, me deixam deprimida!
abraços

Gorgeous sky! Your photo has a tropical look to it. I've been noticing how much earlier the darkness comes and how much later the light comes in the morning.

This is a beautiful photo. It looks a lot like my Paradise Dream! The sky is gorgeous.

Such a gorgeous way to end a day! Breathtaking skies and a superb capture, JM! Such lovely colors and I love the dark palm trees silhouetted against the sky! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

The best part of the day in the best possible place. Love the silhouetted palms against the colorful sky and calm sea subtly reflecting the sunset.

Delightful! Yes, the sun is setting earlier here too. I love those pink clouds.

We won't be late trying to catch a beautiful sunset...

How peaceful. Yes, it's getting dark much earlier here too - and getting colder.

What a beautiful scene. I am also sad about the days getting shorter.

I wish I was there, it looks nice and beachy.

Super silhouette photo! Your 8:30 p.m. shot looks like our 7:00 p.m....minus the ocean.

Thanks for the link to the painting showing the columns. Again, the square is huge! So I assume much of the stairs and built area leading to the columns is gone since I didn't see that in your photo. What a neat concept.

Amazing colors. I was thinking the same thing while out on my evening walk. The days are so much shorter now.

Excellent tropical looking shot. The sun sets here around 7PM so by 8:30 it is fairly dark depending on the cloud cover. MB

That's a pretty silhouette against the water and sky shot, JM.
