This is an interesting effect. I suppose it is the atmosphere that reflects the light in a circle. It makes me curious.

I didn't know about all the refugees, but when reading what you wrote I thought, of course that makes sense. We have very much the same issue here with Mexicans, as you've mentioned. It's a very sad and complex issue. Thank you for the information, I found it very interesting.
