Before the bar itself, possibly many drunken bodies succumbed to the sea as well... Oops... The second shot is terrific with the wave crashing in, I love that kind of picture! God bless you! Cezar
Not my favourite form of decay this time. Also shows the power of water ... lots of it around wrecking destruction in northern Australia at the moment.
Two very dramatic, very impressive photos! The colors in the first one are spectacular and the waves and light in the second are wonderful...and I like that ship off in the distance.
It's always amazed me how very powerful is the ocean...a lot of people, unfortunately, are going to find that out first-hand as the glaciers melt and the sea rises ... already a problem in many coastal areas!
Fortunately we live in the middle of the state at about 80-100 feet above sea level. Most of south Florida, however, is 10 feet or less above sea level. It won't take much of a rise in the seas to put it all under water! But the morons are still building high rises in Miami!

That second shot is magnificent. So powerful!
The power of the sea is too much for stone and concrete.
Those crashing waves are awesome!
Wish those dramatic waves would wash away the graffiti! :-D
Carolyn at Oakland Daily Photo has been doing a series on murals.
This also reminds «Louis» of the decay of the former Packard Motor Car Company in Detroit.

Wow....
Like the blue sky next to the grafitti color. And ahhh, to be near the sea!
Sometimes I try to decipher these tags, but all I get is a headache...
