Your photo today shows a combination of two types of excess.
I don't know if you were able to find out what people were talking about regarding Sarah Palin on Sharon's website on Sunday regarding the Tucson killings. In case you missed it, before the last election Palin's website targeted 20 Congressional districts where a Democrat represented a district that was won by the McCain-Palin ticket 2 years ago. The map on her website showed a rifle-sight cross-hairs on the 20 districts. She used rhetoric such as "Don't retreat; reload."
Congresswoman Giffords, who is now fighting for her life, in interviews at the time said that she felt that Sarah Palin needed to realize that language has consequences.
@David: I've found Palin's map very easily through a petition on the net against her style of speach and the possible consequences. Actually the website is very clear, but thank you very much for the information anyway.
The OTHER Genie here.....This thing is hideous. It is more than ugly, and I certainly wouldn't want to ride anywhere in it. I am glad, though, you took the shot. Never in my life would I have thought something like this existed.
Used by those who want to say, "Look at me but don't try to mess with me." Or perhaps, "I'm so important that I don't need to think about global warming."
It's a great photo, JM - terrific perspective and color and sharpness...but Hummers and bummers! Ostentatious is one word I would use, the other words I would use are not for polite company! :-)

I am sure there are uglier things. But this rates up pretty high. Ah well, there's no accounting for taste!
I wouldn't want to try to drive that thing!

I hate Hummers and a Hummer limo is the ultimate in excess.
We say here - the bigger the car the smaller the man's ... well, you know. So at least he has limo))
