I guess someone thought they were funny. It seems this happens everywhere. I don't understand why some people find the need to ruin something beautiful.
It is teenagers-painters, they are the same everywhere. I think it is funny. This addition is very much cooling the revolutionary impulse (I am afraid of revolutions, know how they end for the country).
Crude and destructive.The struggle it represents is, sadly, in disfavor in my country these days. You don't have Tea Party wall scrawlers in Portugal, do you?

Defacing is always stupid and it is never excusable, but that mural is so silly and bombastic...
