The stillness and color of the ocean combines with the two structures to make this a special place and a special photo.

Amazing place and picture. I hope you will post something more about that lighthouse!

@VP: I have to go there in the morning, the back light doesn't make it justice...

This looks like a terrific place to spend some time. I, too, am interested in more info about the lighthouse...they hold special fascination.

Does someone live in that house? What a beautiful place to live.

Another splendiforous photo - perfection, JM. You really ought to make postcards of your photos and sell them in local shops!

Beautiful! Two of many attractions of the tourist town of Cascais! This must be at the end of the coastal line from Lisbon. Perfect picture!

What a dreamy house right on the water's edge! Did you get inside it?

That is just amazing. It just needs a patio.

There is something fascinating abouot lighthouses, isn't there? I've seen only one in my life (Farol da Barra, Salvador, BR) but would like to see more. I've looked at your latest posts and all of them are great!
God bless you!
