Photos are currently losing quality on the blog page. Am I the only one having this problem?

Só explicando que a expressão que eu usei , talvez vcs não usem em Portugal, é pra dizer que estou WOW fascinada, de "CAIR O QUEIXO", entende? hehehe

Eu gostei muito dessa foto! :)

i'd agree, but i'm not certain my eyes are discerning enough or whether i'm just very suggestible. having said that, this image still takes my breath away.

A stunning image of a beautiful and ornate church... This looks to be of good quality to me but I will be alert and comment back to you if I notice any changes.

This altar is one of the most ornate I've ever seen.
Yes, I've noticed it too. In fact I sometimes go back to my own viewer and take another look at the photo to make sure it was really sharp and clear when I post it.

Yes, I have noticed a loss of quality -- wasn't sure whether it was just my crappy eyesight or for real. Whatever, though, this one took my breath away, too! Awesome! Enjoy your evening, JM!

Your photos look fine from here, although it's hard to tell with the ornate altar.
All last week Blogger was giving me error messages when I tried to publish readers' comments. Always something . . .

I cannot believe that a church interior like this exists. All I can say is, "WOW!"

I also agree, however your photo is still breathtaking!

@Sharon: That's exactly what I am doing and in this case it's far too obvious. I started noticing the difference when I posted the photo of the policemen at the beach (July 5)...

What a stunning church it's beautiful. The craftsmen that built this put a lot of love into their efforts... you couldn't put a price on it.

I thought it was just me having problems.

Fabulous craftsmanship, so beautiful (but just slightly over the top for me!!!)

A few altars like this should solve all of Portugal's debts.

That would certainly inspire feelings of awe and reverence!
I have noticed the difference especially if I bring my original pic up beside the blog post. At least this week i can get signed in the 1st time I try.

If this is the side altar, I can barely imagine the main one...
I haven't noticed anything, but I am using pictures uploaded a few days ago. I'll keep an eye on it!

Maravilhoso decoro rococo! Linda quadragem!
E com respeito à qualidade das fotos no blogger, também tenho a impressão que ficaram mais ternas nestes ultimos dias!
Temos de ver se há maneira de prostestar e dizer o nosso "mécontentement" ao Sr Blogger!

That is probably the most ornate Church image I've seen JM, I can only imagine the many, many days, years that went into completing it. Excellent!

What a gorgeous, ornate, fancy altar! Looks like Elizabeth Taylor's jewelry box!!

T. Becque said...

Holy crap (sorry), but that's very ornate! It's so much that it kinda swallows you up. Fantastic detail and from the 16th century!

My goodness what a contrast to the 70s above. This is just too over the top for me.

It has been goldsmiths work! And apparently the bread wage.
But that is beautiful to watch.

First, I had the same problem of fuzzy shots a few days ago and thought it was in the size settings. The problem got resolved. Your image now looks fine to me, too.

Second, this side altar, with all respect, leaves me stunned: it is so NOT anything I associate with Jesus, a simple man. But purely from a skill point of view it is amazing.
