is this spray paint? here in the us they keep it locked up, you have to ask for assistance to get it and it's not displayed as nicely as this!

Great colorful patterns. I always enjoy shot like this...crayons, colored pencils, etc. Spray cans. Cool. I've not seen these here in the states. I'd like to have some.
