@Kate: Rain would be very welcome here as there have been lots of fires and many areas are under serious risk now that temperatures will be even higher these days (these photos were taken on August 6, the only rainy day).
If that is a rainy day, so what kind of slicing may be sunny day. Anyway, I'd be happy there, in the rain. Very lovely photos. Especially the first one. :D
I was thinking the other day how much water adds to an image, whether it be the sea, a pond or in the case I was shooting ... a dam in the countryside.
