About two months earlier:

It was a tiny Aloe when I got it years ago and it's blooming for the first time,
he's a big boy now! :-)

A great day, it usually took several years for this! Mine are under the snow just now...

Your fascination with aloes interests me ... I never really understood their beauty before following your blog.

Hi JM, lovely Aloe. You sure got green fingers. Beautiful click too. Have a nice day.

How great! A news bloom is always terrific, but waiting for this one and then seeing its beauty is a special treat!

All grown up now hey JM! Pretty spectacular bloom, worth the wait!

I think you probably know that I love these shots! I really do enjoy the variety of blooms these plants create.

Wonderful colors. You must have one heck of a green thumb. If I tried to grow one of these it would sit up and stick me with one of those spikes in the you-know-what!

@Lowell: LOL!

What a beautiful -- and for me, different plant! I love it! I got a very tiny Christmas Cactus from a friend a few years ago and it now almost covers an entire table! It, too, is so colorful! Love your captures as always, JM! Have a great weekend!

Congratulations! I sense your aloe was raised patiently with lots of love, and now he rewards you with beautiful flowers.

It's just so pretty inside. Such nice paleness with pokes of color.

I've never seen one up close, thanks, it's really cool.

Aloe is supposed to be good for burns. It soothes the burning pain by substituting it with the pain from a thorn?

Lovely captures, beautiful flowers.

That is lovely, actually cute. After seeing the big clumps you posted earlier, this one seems so tender and special. We have aloes but the small counterpart.

Wow, it's grown big and beautiful indeed.
