Such beautiful tiled facades. Such a pity the slide show is not working.
Arija: These are not tiled buildings. The slide show IS the tiles. :-)
Wow, that's great. And I love the silhouettes.Don't go out of your way looking for sardines, I just thought they were soooo cute and I'd love to have one!
This must be the quickest, easiest, and least expensive way to tile a whole facade. Cool!
what a cool effect!
Beautifully projected!! I love these types of light shows and I so wish someone would put together a show here!
I do love the Portuguese tiles! Beautiful! A great capture! The light on stone walk way and the silhouettes are terrific! Hope your weekend is off to a great start, JM! Enjoy!Sylvia
Fantastic, JM. I also thought it was a tile front until I read your explanation in the comments. Wonderful!
The portal appears to be down again for our CDPB July Theme Day of Chimneys. I have reprised the alternative method of linking used when we had issues last March. Please check here and join in if you are of a mind. http://cdpbthemeday.blogspot.com.au/
I wonder how this taste for the blue tiles was formed, it's so typical!God bless you!Cezar
It's wonderful how they fit the projections to the size of the buildings. Very cool!
Very nice! What a great way to change the look of buildings! Do they do this often? The silhouettes are wonderful (or, they even could be part of the projection, couldn't they?). Nice capture.
That is just too cool. Projection art has so many possibilities, and this just says WOW.
What fun - you could change your decor minute by minute. I'm just catchng up with your posts - you certainly have some colourful photos.
I saw a video of such a thing on a building in Berlin. It was amazing! Terrific night photo, JM.It wasn't my birthday! :-) Lois and I celebrated 55 years of marriage yesterday. We were in Tampa Bay and I posted a night photo of Tampa on Florida Fotos this afternoon.Have a wonderful day tomorrow!
Took me a second to get it, what a cool concept! I like the figures walking towards you too.
That amazing. I would love to have seen this in person.
Looks fantastic JM,and as Dina said, a quick (maybe not easy)way to beautify your house haha! did you have a look at Jim and Ann from Sydney's shots of the Vivid show there, such a very cool idea!
