Nice view down the beach. We just had some 'wild ocean', it seems the coastline has been drastically reshaped.
Wow! The water really has created a sand cliff there.
must get rough to create that bank!
I'm up for building a sandcastle...
As Hurricane Sandy showed lots of folks in this country - the ocean can pretty much do what it wants and there isn't anything we can do about it. Usually, every year after hurricane season, many Florida beaches look just like this - so millions of dollars worth of sand are trucked in to replenish the beaches because Florida depends heavily on tourism and tourists love beaches. I'll be they do the same there.d
This beach sure has had some pounding JM, Mother Nature can be harsh at times.
The ocean is like a dozen bulldozers when it is agitated.
Mother nature is a bit of a sculptor.
Wow! That's Mother Nature at work.
One of the most spectacular edges seen today!
That is just amazing.
a nice quiet shoreline.
Yes, we've definitely had many beaches "reshaped" by Hurricane Sandy! Mother Nature is indeed a powerful woman! Terrific capture, JM! Hope all is well with you and your family!!
Excellent take on the theme. That really is an edge. MB
It almost seems like one of the beaches along the coast near Chennai. Nice!
It is fascinating how the sea has re-sculptured the sand.
Wow! The energy involved is incredible.
This is a good reminder of how powerless we can be against the forces of nature.
A lot of beach reshaping has been going on along the USA's East Coast this week.
Blimey that is some re-shaping then. Would be intresting to do a time-line on it over the course of a season..... over to you for that one...lol
You have so many waters edge shots in this blog ... quite a surprise to see this one with the beach a different shape.
Love your choice for the theme day. Thank you for sharing it with us all.Have a great month!
The world is experiencing a lot of that this year.
It must be interesting to watch the ocean shaping it!God bless you!Cezar
