I could live with that :). A grey day in Coventry translates into 'grey'. No abundance of beautiful red tiled roofs and colorful buildings...but maybe I need to look closer. Beautiful shot!
Is this the view from your place? It's magnificent! Funny thing is that often on gray days the colors really pop and you don't get all that awful contrast where the darks are too dark and the whites wash out. The colors here are perfection!

oh, to have such a beautiful view, even on a gray day.
It might be a grey day but, you've found a lovely view.
Have always loved those tiled roofs, and the view must give you a lift, even on a gray day!
This is definitely my kind of grey JM, a marvellous view is a marvellous view whatever the weather throws at it!
And here I was, thinking you always was blue skies!
The view and picture are lovely, though.
May blue skies return soon,
Merisi
Lovely view.
Great view and colorful roofs even if your skies look as grim as ours here in Seattle!! Hope you get some sun soon, JM!
You've found plenty of color to offset the grey. Wonderful view!
Once in a while I like grey days for taking pictures, shadows can be very upsetting sometimes...

I love palm trees.
Even on a gray day, there is much that is beautiful.
What a view!
Malgré le ciel gris,Lisbonne reste une ville magnifique. J'y ai quelques bons souvenirs.

C'est quand même grandiose !
