On my balcony there is similar to the floor grate,, but much much more smaller, and there is not as great views as in your bridge :)

This is a good example as to why Lisbon is a major tourist stop! What a gorgeous promenade and view. And the cable cars. Looks like Disney World (well, sort of...)
