Blue Fountain

The original fountain was built in 1709, in Sintra, but it collapsed after the 1755 Great Earthquake and it was rebuilt two years later

Love that shade of blue. I can imagine how glorious this looked when originally built or rebuilt. But I would have expected more tiles. :)

Love the blue and the sun. This would look perfect in Versailles! :-)

I wonder why is it called blue... I'm joking, this fountain is beautiful and is really eye-catching!
