People are enjoying the beach even on an overcast day.

a nice view from the wall.

Not sure what the name means, but I like it even more than the beautiful place itself!

It is a very beautiful perspective, too. Looks like a great day at the beach of for a bike ride! The only problem I see is that series of steps...not sure I could get up them after a day at the beach! :)

That is a very different perspective, but a terrific capture as always! Hope your week is off to a great start, JM!!

@VP: The beach was named after the Count of Azarujinha who lived in a gorgeous palace on the cliff which unfortunatelly was torn down in the 80s to give place to a luxury condo.

nice view and love the angle of the shot.

Beautiful beach and I love the beachy "Aloha print" board shorts on the person in foreground! (But that is a shame about the palace giving way to a condo.)

That's a steep set of stairs.

Lovely views of the beach. You get quite a workout just going down and up those stairs...

You would never find spaces like this in the US, both intimate and open at the same time. I really like the feeling of proportion.
