If the paving is any indication, this lane is very old. Delightful composition - fun to look at and try to determine who lives there and what they do and how it originally developed. Why the name? Was it where priors walked or was it named for a person named Prior?
Beautiful! So different from any streets or lanes you might find in the western U.S....but then our cities have often been designed around vehicles rather than walkers.
