I don't think it's ugly at all! Artistic expression takes many forms, though I could do without the obscenity overall it's pleasing and makes a statement about the artists.
Not too tasteful. Are the blue cobblestones part of the "artwork"? It is interesting to see more of an artistic presentation (lettering) even if the subject is a little raw.

Omigod! That's just plain ugly. Some people have too few brains and too much time on their hands! :)
Sometimes grafitti can be artistic, but these walls aren't very nice.

They are horrible but how come you manage to make them photogenic???
