Looks a bit like our golden coach, they are all from the same time I suppose.

It makes me think of the Thai Royal Barge Museum, a bit up river from Bangkok. Equally ornate.

On one of my trips to London I visited the Royal Mews where they keep all the royal coaches. They really do take your breath away. I'd love to see these too.

That is truly unbelievable! Talk about the 1% on wheels! Beautiful, though. But why, when I look at this, do I think of Elizabeth Taylor?

What a royal coach!!! Gorgeous! This must have taken many hours of handicraft.

So fancy. But I'm sure not too comfortable for long rides.

You have shown this place before and I remember having to catch my breath at the beauty. If I visit Lisbon, it will be high on my list of required sights.
