despite the state of neglect, the beauty of this structure shines. i hope a little elbow grease will restore this to tiptop shape.

The tile work seems to be beautiful still, even though the basin and water works are damaged. It is not too far gone to be brought back to beauty.
It needs the restoration... it's too lovely to let fade into memory.
