Wanted: some hard work and some TLC.

Apart from all the small windows that I don't like, it could be a great house to renovate. What a pity that it's abandoned in such a good residential area!

This is really a shame! It looks like a gorgeous home - and expensive. Perhaps the owners, like so many folks here, got stuck in an unviable mortgage.

Abandoned! What!! Already? Seems to me like a hasty decision, a domestic house abandoned after only 60 years. No squatters ...

That is so sad! With a bit of work it could be a fabulous home once again.

Sad to see. There's potential there.

I agree with Birdman -- needs some hard work and TLC! Come to think of it, I guess we could all use some of that!! Have a great weekend, Jose!!

A little TLC and a lot of elbow grease to restore to original beauty.

Such tiny boxy windows. But with a bit of loving, this home could be a grand icon in the streetscape.

I like it! I suppose a refurb would include making those windows larger, but I like the retro style.

Oh yes, this does have that 50's look about it.

I'd abandon it ... not my taste.
